Toddlers health issues

Insufficient sleep patterns :

Babies typically need just a few hours of sleep to wake up. The amount of time they get varies according to sleep patterns and biological factors. Children aren’t confined to a single sleep schedule. If you’re using a toddler bed (most cribs don’t need a built-in night light) and they start getting very hot and uncomfortable, you can set your lights accordingly. In the summer, use fresh towels, so sheets, and pillows. You can also set a timer to get the baby to bed at a pre-determined time so you can worry about daycare. This will help ensure you’re not consistently getting the kid to bed late. Lack of sleep : Infants have weaker muscles and bones than they would in their teenage years. They don’t require as much sleep as adults. Since toddlers are still growing, get enough sleep to keep the developing bones and muscles strong. Sometimes you need to keep the baby up until midnight, but always get the period between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. from midnight to 6 a.m.

Reading:

Toddlers really, really, really like reading (like adults do too) and can actually spend so much time reading that they stay awake, have tummy aches, and sometimes just end up sleeping for hours. Be careful in the bed. You don’t want the baby waking up when they’re reading.

Irregular heartbeat:

Toddlers tend to really pound their fists against the wall during bedtime. It’s dangerous because they may be extremely sick or malnourished. In babies, your pediatrician can look at blood pressure to make sure there’s no major medical complication going on.

Air flow:

Toddlers tend to be insatiable snorers, and they can’t sleep, eat, or fall asleep without their stuffed toys. A bedding set made of breathable materials (think mattress) is great, but there are also smaller pillow cases. Even your pillow case can get to be a little bulky. Toddlers can be hard to keep a pillowcase on, which is why the roll of tissue is so awesome. It’s super cute, but it will just keep the room a little more tidy.
