Aggression among kids due to excessive screen time

There is a lot of research that suggests that too much screen time is bad for kids. There are two ways in which excessive screen time can lead to aggression among children. This is because it leads to frustration and mood swings, which in turn leads to aggressive behavior.

Some researchers argue that the aggression is due to the passive nature of screens. The other group believes that it's more due to the content on the screens, such as violent video games or explicit movies.

A recent study has found that the use of mobile phones and tablets is causing kids to become more aggressive. The study looked at children between the ages of 4 and 10, and found that those who used mobile devices for an hour a day were more likely to have mood swings, get frustrated easily, or act out aggressively than those who did not use them.

It is a known fact that the more time kids spend on screens, the more aggressive they become. It has been seen that children who spend an hour or two in front of a screen are more aggressive than those who spend less time in front of screens.

Children are now spending up to six hours a day in front of screens, which can have a negative impact on their mood swings and aggression levels.
